Why this is an advanced target

Phantom Wood, also called End Times Wood, is associated with the Lone Cave. The community reference lists $150 per raw unit and $420 per processed unit. The exceptionally high value attracts players, but a price table does not guarantee a tree will be available when you arrive. This is not a sensible first-income promise for a new player.

The axe matters

End Times Axe has a special Phantom interaction that ordinary-wood damage tables do not capture. Owning a high-damage generalist does not mean it is a substitute for the appropriate tool. Check the dedicated axe entry and do not risk a valuable journey on an assumption based on a generic tier list.

Understand access before spending

Community references describe a bridge-and-eyeball access mechanism for the Lone Cave. Study a visual reference before committing an expensive or hard-to-replace item, and distinguish the item’s historical availability from a seller’s current asking price. This site does not quote an unverified current eyeball market price or promise a repeatable access exploit.

A missing tree is not a patch note

Players have asked why an End Times tree is absent or hard to find. Those reports demonstrate uncertainty; they do not prove that a developer removed the species or that every server should contain a harvestable tree at every moment. Check the in-game changelog for actual updates and avoid treating an old video as a current spawn guarantee.

Plan the return and save

Before the trip, decide how you will control the load, move it home and process what you intend to keep. Avoid carrying unrelated valuables. Once home, use your own plot and the game’s current save/load controls. Never assume a screenshot of a completed haul means all raw logs in that haul will persist after a later reload.
